What to do if my Ticket not resolved within 10-15 mins?

If your Ticket or Chat is not answered in Maximum TAT of 30 mins.

  • 0-1 Day after - After waiting for 1 Day TAT You can write to the team manager, in the same Ticket addressing. The Team manager.
  • 1-3 Day TAT - If your query or response did not come then you can write to the chief head of the customer relationship on the e-mail ID - billing@rdpextra.com
  • 3-5 Days  - Still you did not get your query resolved then you can write to CEO RDP extra admin@rdpextra.com stating your concern.
